May I order medical supplies outside Davao City?
How do I get confirmation about my orders?
After placing an order, you will be shown your order details including your Order Number. The Order Number indicates that your order has been successfully registered in our database and that it is now marked for approval.
You will also receive confirmation email indicating the following information:
- invoice number
- items ordered
- date of purchase
- recipient’s names and addresses
- preferred delivery date
- special instructions
Please note down your Invoice Number as you will be asked to present this in case of any inquiry. If you did not receive any confirmation via email, please check your spam folder or you may email us at shop@amescodrug.com.
How do you process our orders?
All orders are processed in Davao City.
We process your orders on business days, Monday to Friday (8am-6pm), excluding holidays.
All purchases made during holidays and weekends will be prepared on the next business day.
From the date of confirmed payment, please allow one (1) to two (2) days of processing time and courier pick up for shipment.
How to cancel my order?
Once your order status is changed to ‘In Transit’, order may no longer be cancelled. An email notification of such change will be sent to the buyer.
To find out if your order can still be changed or cancelled, please email shop@amescodrug.com.

If your order can still be canceled, you’ll see the Cancel order option. Then, you can place a new order. If you don’t see an option to cancel, it means your order is too far along in the process and a cancellation request must be placed.
How long is the delivery timeframe?
For local Davao deliveries, delivery time frame may be between 1 to 3 days from date of purchase.
Can I still change any information after placing my order?
Order details such as address, mobile number or product color and size can no longer be changed once order is confirmed. Should there be a need to modify or amend an information, please cancel the order immediately via the My Account > Order page, and place an order again.
Due to the number of people accessing the website at the same time, we cannot guarantee that stocks will still be available at the time of re-order.

What payment option are available on Amesco Drug?
Amesco Drug offers a variety of ways to pay for your order.
You can pay via:
- Direct Bank transfer
- Credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard)
- GCash (e-wallet)
- GrabPay (e-wallet)
Do you keep my credit or debit card details?
We do not collect or save your payment details.
How do I know if my payment was successful?
For credit/debit card and e-wallet transactions, you will receive an email notification after successfully paying for your order.
For direct bank transfers, please email your deposit slip and your order number to shop@amescodrug.com.
If you do not receive an email notification even after checking your spam folder, please email us at shop@amescodrug.com right away.
Why did my payment fail?
Your payment/order could have failed for the following reasons:
- Insufficient balance
- Temporary network congestion
- Your bank may be blocking the transaction (please contact your bank)
- We did not receive your deposit slip in time (For payments made via Direct Bank Transfer)
Should you wish to try paying for your order again, simply follow these steps:

- Go to ‘My Account’
- Click ‘Orders’
- Click ‘Pay’

How do I track my order?
Once our shipping partner has picked up your order, you will be given a tracking number.
- Go to ‘My Account’.
- Click ‘Orders’.
- Click ‘Track Order’ and it will redirect you to the tracking site.
As soon as your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email that includes your tracking.
If you do not receive an email notification even after checking your spam folder, please email us at shop@amescodrug.com right away.
What shipping options are available?
We have 2 shipping options available:
- For pick-up orders, we are located at Amesco Drug Corner R. Magsaysay and D Suazo St., Davao City.
- For door to door delivery, your orders will be shipped via LBC.
Do you offer same-day deliveries?
As of now, we only offer same-day services for pick up orders.
You can send us an email at shop@amescodrug.com if you need your order ASAP and we’ll try our best to expedite the process. However, timeframe for shipping will still depend on the courier.
Same-day pick up orders can be catered to as long as the order was placed and paid for on/before 3pm. Please email us at shop@amescodrug.com to let us know if you want to do same-day pick up.
You can pick up your online orders at Amesco Drug, D. Suazo St., Davao City from Monday to Friday (8am-6pm).
Refund, Return and Exchange

What is your return and exchange policy?
- Request was made within 7 working days upon receipt of item.
- Item/s ordered have factory defects.
- The wrong items were delivered.
To ensure our quality of service, we conduct final inspection of the items before shipping the orders. All items are tested in our store except for those with seals. However, should there be factory defects, please do the following:
- Take pictures/videos that show the defect/problem with the item/s.
- Indicate the order# and clearly explain what issue/s you are encountering with the product/s.
- Email these to us at shop@amescodrug.com.
Once we approve your return/exchange request, you may ship it back to us. We will cover the shipping expenses. Please make sure to include the ff before shipping:
- Item/s in their original packaging and any attached tags/papers they have.
- Collection receipt, Invoice, Packing list
To maintain the quality of our products, returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the item/s are damaged, show signs of use, was tampered with, or is without original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements are accepted at the discretion of Amesco Drug. Upon receipt, returns are processed and refund confirmation will be communicated via email.
How long does the replacement and refund process take?
Processing time for refund from purchases paid through credit / debit card is maximum 45 days upon approval on the condition of the returned item.
